Biographical Info

I am a certified sex therapist and have practiced psychotherapy for individuals, intimate partners, and families for over 10 years. I also provide supervision for clinical social work licensure and certification in sex therapy.

As a provider, I believe in emotional and sexual liberation. I provide strengths based client-centered care that is grounded in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. This helps to ground people in the present moment and empower them to take values based action in their lives. My style is a mix of compassion, active engagement, and even playfulness.
